Job Summary

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the resort property. The role ensures exceptional guest satisfaction, efficient operations, effective team management, financial control, and adherence to company standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

· Oversee daily operations of the property and ensure all departments function efficiently.

· Maintain service quality and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

· Ensure proper upkeep of property, facilities, and equipment.

Guest Experience & Satisfaction

· Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing guest concerns.

· Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.

· Ensure personalized and memorable guest experiences.

Team Leadership & HR Coordination

· Lead, motivate, and supervise all on-site staff.

· Conduct daily briefings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

· Coordinate recruitment requirements with the HR department.

Financial Management

· Monitor daily revenue, expenses, and profitability.

· Ensure budget adherence and cost control.





· Coordinate with the accounts department for reconciliations, payments, and financial reporting.

Sales & Revenue Support

· Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve occupancy targets.

· Promote resort packages, upsell services, and maximize revenue opportunities.

Housekeeping & Maintenance

· Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are maintained.

· Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Compliance & Safety

· Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.

· Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure emergency procedures are followed.

Reporting

· Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

· Provide updates on occupancy, revenue, guest feedback, and operational issues to management.

Other Duties

· Any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
