Role: Patient Engagement (Call Centre Agents)

Job Summary: This role focuses on appointment management, patient communication, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary liaison between patients and doctors to ensure clear and timely communication.
- Manage appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellations across all channels including phone, and digital platform).
- Guide patients through their treatment journey, including pre-visit instructions and follow-ups.
- Address patient queries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with clinic staff and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow within the clinic.




- Maintain accurate patient records and appointment data.
- Uphold Clove Dental’s service quality, patient confidentiality, and compliance standards.

Desired Skills - Qualifications:

- Fresher with excellent communication skills or any graduate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple appointments.
- Calm, empathetic, and qualified approach in high-pressure situations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
