Job Summary

Home Intend is looking for a confident and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, contact prospective clients, understand their interior-design requirements and schedule consultations, showroom visits and site visits for the sales and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Make approximately 120–150 outbound calls per day to new and assigned leads.
- Respond promptly to enquiries received through advertisements, websites, social media and referrals.
- Introduce Home Intend’s home-interior services to prospective customers.
- Understand the customer’s property type, location, budget, requirements and project timeline.
- Qualify interested leads and schedule showroom visits, site visits or design consultations.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate appointments with the sales and interior-design teams.
- Maintain accurate customer information, call notes and follow-up status in the CRM.
- Re-engage inactive leads and maintain a structured follow-up pipeline.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls,



qualified leads and confirmed appointments.
- Provide skilled and courteous customer service throughout the interaction.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication, convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Fluency in English and Kannada is preferred.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Tamil or Telugu will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, pre-sales, inside sales, real estate or home interiors is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and CRM software.
- Ability to follow up consistently and work towards performance targets.
- Must be available to work from the office in Ramamurthy Nagar.
