Digital Marketing Assistant – Photography Business

Job Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to manage our social media presence, engage with potential customers, collect client reviews, and generate photography business leads through social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should be active on social media, creative, confident in communicating with customers, and interested in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Regularly post photography videos, reels, photos, client stories, pre-wedding shoots, wedding highlights, and promotional content.
- Stay active on social media by responding to comments, messages, enquiries, and potential customer interactions.
- Engage with people who respond to or show interest in our social media content.
- Communicate with potential customers through Instagram/Facebook DMs, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
- Explain the company's photography services, including wedding photography, pre-wedding shoots, engagement shoots, events, portraits, and other photography packages.
- Follow up with interested prospects and encourage them to enquire about available packages and bookings.
- Collect reviews, testimonials, and feedback from existing customers and encourage satisfied clients to share their experience.
- Maintain a record of social media enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and bookings generated through digital channels.




- Coordinate with the photography team to obtain new photos/videos and other content for social media.
- Identify opportunities to increase social media engagement, followers, enquiries, and bookings.
- Support promotional campaigns and other digital marketing activities as required.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active user of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to communicate confidently with potential customers.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and content promotion.
- Ability to explain services clearly and handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Creative mindset with an interest in photography, videos, reels, and social media content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram Reels, video editing, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented and motivated to generate leads and bookings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Social media posts/reels published regularly.
- Social media engagement and audience growth.
- Number of customer enquiries generated.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Follow-up and conversion of leads into bookings.
- Number and quality of customer reviews collected.
- Revenue/bookings generated through social media efforts.

Compensation

Salary: ₹ 10,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Additional Incentive: Performance-based commission for successfully generated and confirmed photography bookings.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
