Job Description
GreenCRM24 is looking for a confident and professional Telecaller / Sales Executive to communicate with prospective customers, schedule product demonstrations, and support our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Call inbound and outbound leads.
- Explain GreenCRM24 product features and perks.
- Schedule product demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Update lead status in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Confident, polite and professional telephone etiquette.
- Comfortable working from home.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience with CRM software will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support or inside sales is preferred.
