Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

*Lead the planning and execution of MEP works for construction projects.

*Review and approve MEP drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.

*Coordinate with architects, structural consultants and project teams.

*Ensure project timelines and milestones are achieved.

2. Design & Technical Management

*Review HVAC, electrical, firefighting, plumbing and ELV systems designs.

*Ensure compliance with local codes, standards and safety regulations.

*Provide technical guidance to MEP engineers and contractors.

3. Vendor & Contractor Management

*Finalize MEP contractors and suppliers.

*Evaluate vendor proposals and technical submissions.

*Monitor contractor performance and quality of installation.

4. Quality & Safety Compliance

*Ensure MEP installations meet quality standards and statutory regulations.

*Conduct site inspections and quality audits.

*Implement safety procedures for MEP activities.

5. Budget & Cost Control

*Prepare and monitor MEP project budgets.

*Optimize cost through value engineering.

*Track project expenses and approve bills.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
