Job Responsibilities:

- Call students who have enquired about Banking, SSC, and Government exam coaching.
- Explain course details, batch timings, fees, and admission process.
- Follow up with interested students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain student inquiry records in Excel/CRM.
- Handle WhatsApp communication and basic student support.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Preferred)
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English (Punjabi preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
- Experience in telecalling, sales, education, or coaching industry preferred
- Freshers with good communication can also apply
