**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and assisting with customer inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

- Provide information about products/services and answer customer questions.

- Maintain and update customer records in the database.

- Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales goals.

- Follow up with potential leads and nurture relationships.

- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion rates.





- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

- Proven experience in telecalling or a similar role is preferred.

- Robust verbal communication and persuasive skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
