For Freshers

No prior experience required. Candidates will be provided practical training and guidance according to their assigned department and trade.

- Operate machines and tools as per company instructions.
- Assist senior technicians and operators in daily work.
- Perform fitting, assembly, fabrication,



machining or electrical work as per trade.
- Follow production drawings, work instructions and supervisor instructions.
- Check basic dimensions and quality of the work.
- Maintain tools, machines and workplace cleanliness.
- Follow 5S, safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Report machine problems, defects or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
- Complete assigned work within the given time.
- Learn new machines, processes and technical skills through on-the-job training.
- Maintain discipline, attendance and punctuality.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per day
