Job Summary

Sri Lakshmi Transport Service is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to coordinate daily transport office activities, vehicle operations, drivers, documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day front office and transport coordination activities.

Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, workshop and management teams.

Monitor vehicle movement, trip details, attendance and operational updates.

Maintain transport records, trip sheets, diesel reports and other documents.

Coordinate driver requirements, vehicle deployment and route-related activities.

Handle calls, WhatsApp updates, customer and internal communications.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly transport reports and MIS.

Monitor pending documents, permits, insurance and vehicle-related requirements.

Support Transport Manager in daily operational activities and follow-ups.

Maintain discipline,



proper communication and smooth office operations.

Eligibility

Any Degree / Diploma preferred.

Fresher / Experience in Transport, Logistics, Front Office or Operations will be preferred.

Freshers with good communication and computer knowledge may also apply.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and transport documentation.

Good communication, coordination and team-handling skills.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and company norms.
