Job Summary

Pratima Enterprises is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Field Sales Representative to develop and manage customers in the assigned territory. Candidates with experience in Packaged Drinking Water or FMCG sales will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, good customer-handling skills and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new customers and generate sales within the assigned territory.
- Visit and maintain regular relationships with Cafés, Hotels, Restaurants and other relevant business customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Handle customer enquiries, order collection and regular follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor market demand and competitor activities.
- Achieve the assigned monthly sales target of ₹2.5 Lakhs.
- Coordinate with the company regarding customer orders and requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and support overall sales growth.
- Work independently in the field and manage the assigned territory effectively.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales.




- Experience in Packaged Drinking Water / FMCG is preferred.
- Experience handling B2B customers such as cafés, hotels, restaurants or similar establishments will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Robust sales and target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable with regular field visits and travelling.
- Knowledge of the local market will be preferred.

Sales Target

Monthly Target: ₹2.5 Lakhs(APPROX)

The candidate will be expected to consistently work towards achieving the assigned monthly sales target.

Salary & Perks

- Salary: Based on experience and suitability.
- Sales Incentive: Performance/target based.
- TA / Travel Allowance: As per company policy and applicable territory.
- Overall compensation will depend on the candidate's experience, performance and target achievement.

Field Travel / Territory

This is a field-based position and regular travelling will be required.

- Typical customer locations may be within approximately 20–30 km of the base location.
- Depending on customer requirements and assigned territory, travel may extend up to 70–100 km.
- Travel expenses/TA may vary depending on the actual territory, route and business requirements.

Location: Madhyamgram, Board Ghar, Kolkata

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
