· Create Strategies to ensure sales targets are met.
· Prepare various Operational reports
· Create and maintain relationship with clients and grow the client database
· Ensuring branch runs smoothly and adheres to organization’s policies.
· Making managerial and financial decisions on behalf of the branch.
· Manage the Branch staff and evaluate their performance
