- Supervise daily sheet metal production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the schedule.
- Allocate manpower and machines effectively.
- Monitor workflow to minimize downtime.
- Ensure products meet drawing specifications and quality standards.
- Verify first-off inspection before mass production.
- Monitor critical dimensions, welding quality, bends, hole locations, and assembly fitment.
- Assign daily work responsibilities.
- Ensure proper utilization of laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, grinding, and assembly equipment.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, 8D, CAPA).
- Good leadership and communication skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
