AI/ML Engineer – Recommendation Systems & Moderation (Next Gen Social Networking Platform)

Job Brief (About the Role)

We’re building the next-generation Social Networking Platform – and we need a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. You will work on high impact projects personalized feed ranking, AI powered moderation, NLP driven content understanding, and fraud/spam detection – powering, engaging, protected and scalable user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

● Build & Optimize large scale recommendation systems for personalized content feeds.
● Develop AI Moderation Tools to detect spam, harmful content, and fake accounts in real time.
● Implement NLP Models for sentiment analysis, content tagging, and automated moderation.
● Create Computer Vision Solutions for image/video classification and object detection.
● Analyze Massive Datasets to uncover actionable product and user insights.
● Deploy & Maintain ML models in production with low-latency, high availability APIs
● Continuously Improve models through monitoring, A/B testing, and retraining.
● Collaborate with backend and product teams to integrate AI seamlessly into the platform.

Required Skills & Experience





● 2+ years in AI/ML engineering, preferably in social media, e-commerce, or other content-based platforms.
● Proven expertise in recommendation systems, NLP, or computer vision.
● Proficiency in Python and ML Frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
● Experience deploying models to production (APIs, Docker, Kubernetes).
● Knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices. Preferred Skills
● Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
● Understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and explainable AI techniques.
● Exposure to large-scale, real time inference systems.

Education

● Bachelor’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (Bachelor's/ Master’s / PhD preferred).
