Job Description – Team Leader / Supervisor (Sales & Operations)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader / Supervisor to join our growing team at Vedvet IMF LLP. Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales advisors to achieve individual and team targets.
- Oversee daily sales and operational activities, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to company standards.
- Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and support to team members to enhance productivity and professional development.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand client relationships, and strengthen business growth.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and coordinate with management to align team goals with organizational objectives.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service quality.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiency.
