Job Description

- Oversee branch operations and day-to-day construction activities across ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Resolve site issues and monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Maintain robust relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
- Identify business opportunities and support tendering and estimation teams in securing new projects.
- Lead and develop branch teams to achieve operational and business goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in construction,



project management, branch operations, or business development.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the real estate or construction.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects, teams, lead generation, sales funnel management, and achieving growth targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction practices, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
