Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Executive to create engaging educational, promotional, social media, and digital learning videos. The candidate should be able to transform raw footage into polished, visually appealing content while maintaining the company’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit educational lectures, course videos, YouTube videos, Reels, Shorts, and promotional content.
- Cut and arrange raw footage to create smooth, engaging, and easy-to-understand videos.
- Add transitions, text, captions, graphics, animations, B-roll, music, and sound effects as required.
- Perform basic colour correction, audio enhancement, and video quality improvement.
- Ensure videos are properly formatted for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with faculty, content creators, graphic designers, and the marketing team.
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver final videos within deadlines.
- Organize and maintain video files, project files, and media assets systematically.
- Ensure educational content is accurate, clear,



consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with current video editing trends and techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or relevant certification in Multimedia, Film, Video Editing, Animation, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in professional video editing; EdTech experience will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of video formats, resolutions, audio, transitions, colour correction, and basic motion graphics.
- Strong creativity, visual sense, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to understand instructions, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio/Showreel is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who understands educational content, audience engagement, social-media video formats, and retention-focused editing, with the ability to create qualified and engaging videos consistently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
