About the Role

Marcom Avenue is looking for a Key Account Executive who can manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and on time. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and client-management skills, along with an understanding of digital marketing and agency workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements, briefs, timelines, and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Creative, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content, and Design to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and share campaign briefs with relevant teams.
- Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Track campaign deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and revisions.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
- Maintain proper records of client communication, briefs, feedback, and deliverables.
- Support the team in preparing presentations, reports, proposals, and campaign updates.




- Monitor campaign performance and coordinate with relevant teams for improvements.
- Escalate critical issues or delays to the Account Manager/Reporting Manager.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, business coordination, or a similar role, preferably in a marketing/digital agency.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid client-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
