Role & responsibilities :
- Perform preventive maintenance as per the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)/Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) schedule.
- Maintain all biomedical equipment.
- Attend equipment breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs.
- Coordinate calibration of medical equipment and maintain calibration certificates.
- Verify equipment functionality before commissioning.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty, AMC/CMC, and spare parts.
- Assist in procurement by evaluating technical specifications of recent equipment.
- Maintain biomedical inventory and asset register.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, statutory, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Report equipment incidents, adverse events, and coordinate corrective actions.
