Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and process subcontractor RA bills and final bills.
- Verify executed quantities from drawings, BOQ, and site measurements.
- Coordinate with site engineers for joint measurement and work verification.
- Check bills as per work orders, contract rates, and approved variations.
- Prepare measurement sheets, abstracts, and billing summaries.
- Reconcile quantities, materials, advances, recoveries, and retention amounts.
- Process extra items, deviation statements, and rate analysis for non-BOQ work.
- Maintain billing registers, work order records, and supporting documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, and contract conditions.
- Experience in subcontractor billing and client billing.
- Understanding of RA Bills, Final Bills, MB (Measurement Book), and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.

- B.E./B.Tech Civil
- 5+ years of experience in Metro Rail projects (Mandatory)
