Production Fresher Job Responsibilities

- Assist in daily production operations as per the production plan.
- Operate machines and equipment under supervisor guidance.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform basic visual inspection of finished and in-process parts.
- Report machine issues, defects, or abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Follow 5S, safety, and PPE guidelines at all times.
- Handle raw materials and finished goods carefully.
- Maintain production records and complete assigned documentation.
- Support line setup, changeover, and packing activities.
- Work effectively with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain discipline,



punctuality, and regular attendance.
- Participate in training programs and continuously improve technical skills.
- Perform any other production-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Preferred Qualification

- ITI / Diploma / B.A. / B.Com / B.Sc. / Graduate
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
