Qualification:

- Essential: Candidate should have full time bachelor's degree in mechanical/ Metallurgy or allied Engineering, from reputed institute.
- Desired: Master's degree in Metallurgy or in Operation Management.

Experience:

- Essential: Minimum 12+ years of experience in Hot Refining in Aluminium Industries, where in 3+ years of experience in Hot refining in a managerial role.

- Experience with Billet/Slab DC casting will be added advantage and should be expert in Hydraulics.
- Experience in Wrought alloys is preferable.
- Project working Experience is additional weightage.

Job Profile

- Ensure availability of manpower, material and machine for the plant and supervise the achievement of production.
- Carry out daily reviews with supervisors to understand and calibrate production, ongoing challenges and provide solutions for improvement.
- Approve daily work plans for the shop floor to achieve production targets.
- Supervise and coordinate with maintenance lead to ensure availability and healthiness of machine and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.




- Involved with supervisors in Improvement projects quality circles.
- Contribute to current alloy developing process.
- Review 5 weeks mix plan with unit PPC find out constraints which we have face during making alloy as per mix plan.
- Coordinate with quality and sales and marketing team to address customer related issues.
- Ensure monthly data reconciliation for production, cost, dross reconciliation, manpower.
- Ensure safety of the workplace in accordance with EHS norms.

- CTC 15-20 LPA approx.
