Role: Customer support (voice process & Chat Process)

*Location: Gurgaon

*Work mode: Office

*Salary: 18,000CTC per month to 22,000 CTC per Month

*Working days: 6 days a week

*Weekly off: 1 Rotational off

*Shifts: Rotational shifts

Key responsibilities

*Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

*Ensure positive customer experience
