Role & responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
- Handle patient complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments for smooth patient care.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral doctors, corporate organizations, TPAs, insurance companies, and government agencies.
- Promote hospital services through health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach.
- Support hospital marketing and branding initiatives.
- Coordinate VIP visits and special patient requirements.
- Maintain patient feedback records and prepare periodic reports.
