Role & responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Understand students' learning goals and recommend suitable German language programs.
- Explain course structure, fees, batches, certification, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Convert enquiries into enrollments while achieving monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM.
- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for smooth onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with students and provide excellent pre-admission support.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in language institutes, overseas education, training institutes, or EdTech.
- Knowledge of German language courses or international education is an added advantage (not mandatory).
