Job Description:

The Projects Civil role is responsible for executing civil construction works in line with project specifications, engineering standards, and timelines. The position covers all structural and civil aspects of the project, from foundations to infrastructure, ensuring quality workmanship, resource efficiency, and adherence to safety and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Civil Construction Execution:

- Execute civil construction works in strict accordance with project drawings, technical standards, and specified timelines.
- Responsible for civil works related to MMS (Module Mounting Structures), module mounting, control rooms, storm water drainage systems, boundary fencing, internal roads, equipment foundations, transmission line foundations, bay extension civil works, and other related civil structures within the plant.

Supervision & Management:





- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of site laborers and subcontractors to ensure work quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Ensure all civil works are performed as per approved specifications and standards.
- Manage and optimize manpower deployment and material usage effectively.

Coordination & Compliance:

- Work closely with project management, engineers, and vendors to resolve site issues and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the civil construction activities.
