Role Description

To consistently achieve quality targets by adhering to quality systems and procedures through periodic audit, implementing improvements through change management and supporting delivery achievement

- Conduct sunrise meeting to TL / Inspectors.
- Conduct daily PDCA on quality and delivery performance
- Control of non conforming products/ process ( QJO, RTN, MSN, PSN ECF) Products Conduct process validation and poka yoke audit.
- Ensure fixture calibration as per schedule take corrective actions for deviations.
- Conduct part process parameter audit get corrective actions for the non conformance identified.
- EJO validation for ECR/PCR/PCO/ECO/ECN
- Monitor process capability for identified parameters.
- Identify ensure all process control equipments are calibrated




- Implement corrective actions for customer complaints, warranty PDI
- Co-ordinate for final vehicle inspection defects updation
- Capacity enhancement as per the volume requirments
- Support PED and prove processes for recent models and variants
- Improve productivity through re-engineering, waste elimination and balancing efficiency improvement projects
- Budget planning for RM of tools fixtures.
- Training of team leaders inspectors.
- Evaluation of TEIANS.
- Identification Implementation of SIT/CFT projects related to policy MPCP
