About the Role

Eligibility

- Graduate / Postgraduate

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise field teams effectively

- Address on-ground challenges and resolve field issues when required

- Be available for early morning field visits as needed

- Oversee project implementation under senior guidance

- Assist in project planning and execution

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

- Monitor project progress and prepare reports/newsletters





- Manage and support social media activities

- Conduct regular field/site visits

- Ensure timely reporting and proper documentation

Additional Requirements

- Interest in development and animal welfare sectors

- Basic computer proficiency

- Good communication skills in Assamese, Hindi, and English

- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork

- Male candidates preferred (due to early morning field visits)
