- 10 years of experience in SAP SD (Sales Distribution)
- Robust exposure to SAP CS (Customer Service) / Customer Experience processes
- Hands-on in Order to Cash (OTC), Pricing, Billing, Returns
- Experience in service orders, service contracts, and warranties (CS)
- Good knowledge of ECC S/4HANA
- Integration with MM, FI, and CS modules
- Exposure to Fiori apps and support/implementation projects
- Ability to handle business requirements, configuration client interaction
Must Have:
- SAP CS (core) + SD exposure

- ECC / S4HANA
