Job Overview: A Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating
communication and swallowing disorders across all age groups. The candidate will work in a client-centered

Educational Qualifications - Masters in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology (MASLP) / MSC (Speech
Language Pathology)/ BASLP + RCI Registration (Mandatory)
Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience as Speech Therapist
Location : Bangalore , Ludhiana , Pune
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment & Diagnosis

Conduct speech, language, voice, and swallowing assessments
Use standardized tools and clinical observations
Treatment Planning

Develop individualized therapy plans
Set measurable goals and objectives to track the progress of the therapeutic approach
Therapy & Rehabilitation

Conduct therapy sessions
Manage conditions like developmental speech disorders, Behavioral disorders, Fluency disorders, Voice
and Swallowing issues
Patient & Family Counseling

Educate patients and caregivers
Provide home therapy plans
Documentations
¢
Maintain accurate confidential patient records and reports
Multidisciplinary Collaboration
¢
Work with audiologists, ENT specialists, neurologists, psychologists
