Maintenance:

Education: ITI or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

Experience: 0-7 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in batching and cement industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Operations: Oversee daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment uptime and reduce downtime in batching and cement industries.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement maintenance strategies, schedules, and budgets to optimize equipment performance and minimize costs.

Team Management: Lead and train maintenance teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly, minimizing disruptions to production.

Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Quality Control: Monitor and maintain equipment performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Skills:

Mechanical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and tools.

Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing maintenance teams.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.





Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) or CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) certification.

ITI or B-tech in Mechanical

Industry Experience: Experience working in cement or batching industries, with knowledge of specific equipment and processes.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in maintenance management software, such as SAP or CMMS .
