Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle student/customer calls, explain our services, generate interest, and maintain regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to basic queries.
- Explain courses, services, offers, and relevant information clearly.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Build a positive relationship with prospective customers.
- Escalate complex queries to the concerned team.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.




- Comfortable speaking on the phone.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience

0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, sales, or counselling preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
