About the Role:

At Arivihan, we’re building an AI-powered learning platform for students across real Bharat.
We’re looking for Business Development Associates (BDAs) who can connect with students and parents, understand their needs, and drive sales by converting leads into customers.

What You’ll Do:

* Call and connect with potential customers




* Pitch our product and convert leads into sales
* Handle basic objections and close deals
* Maintain daily records of calls and performance

What We’re Looking For:
* Valuable communication skills
* Comfortable with calling and sales
* Target-driven and self-motivated
* Basic understanding of sales (preferred)

Must Have:
* Laptop/Desktop
* Android phone (mandatory)
* Good communication in Hindi and English

Eligibility:

* Minimum 12th Pass and above can apply
* 2+ years of experience in Inside sales (Ed tech experience is preffered)

Work Schedule :

* Shift: Day Shift (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM) (may change as per requirement)
* Working Days: 6 days a week
* Week Off: Rotational (Other then Sunday)
