Role Summary

We are looking for an E-Commerce & Q-Commerce Growth Lead to own paid growth economics across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms, including Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and BigBasket. The role focuses on strategic budget allocation, incremental revenue and contribution, CAC efficiency, iROAS, LTV:CAC, and SKU × platform economics. The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven, commercially minded, and capable of independently deciding where to scale, hold, or cut investments to drive profitable incremental growth.

E-Commerce & Q-Commerce Growth Lead to own paid growth economics and optimize marketing investment across platforms, including Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and BigBasket.

The role focuses on incremental, profitable growth—not campaign execution or platform-reported ROAS.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and allocate paid growth budgets across e-commerce and Q-commerce platforms.
- Identify where incremental spend can generate the highest profitable growth.




- Analyze Marginal CAC, Incremental CAC, iROAS, MER, Incremental Contribution, CAC Payback, and LTV.
- Evaluate SKU × Platform economics, incrementality, saturation, and cannibalization.
- Make independent SCALE / HOLD / CUT investment decisions.
- Reallocate budgets across platforms, SKUs, and campaigns based on marginal returns.
- Distinguish between platform-attributed and genuinely incremental revenue.
- Develop spend, revenue, and contribution forecasts.
- Provide data-backed recommendations for growth and budget allocation.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in e-commerce, Q-commerce, growth, or performance marketing.
- Experience managing multi-platform e-commerce/q-commerce advertising spends.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, JioMart, or BigBasket.
- Solid understanding of CAC, ROAS, iROAS, MER, contribution, payback, incrementality, and LTV.
