Job Title: Crew Member

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports To: Outlet Manager & Kitchen In-Charge

Work Hours: 10-hour rotational shifts (Opening, Mid, Closing)

Location: Burgrill, Dwarka Store

Role Overview

As a Crew Member at Burgrill, you will play a key role in preparing, packaging, and serving food items while ensuring the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Service

Wash, peel, cut, and store vegetables and ingredients as per SOP.

Prepare menu items such as burgers, wraps, shakes, fries, etc.

Pack and serve food orders for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery customers.

Follow recipes and portion sizes exactly to maintain Burgrill’s quality standards.

Customer Interaction

Greet customers politely and take accurate orders.

Ensure timely service with a positive attitude.

Hygiene & Cleanliness

Maintain a “Clean As You Go” approach.





Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, utensils, equipment, and floor regularly.

Wash dishes, utensils, and tools as required.

Inventory & Kitchen Management

Check and receive raw materials and supplies – accept or reject items based on quality.

Store all ingredients properly to ensure freshness (FIFO – First In, First Out).

Inform the kitchen in-charge/manager if any items are running low.

Report any malfunctioning kitchen equipment.

Operational Discipline

Arrive at least 5 minutes before the shift.

Wear a neat and clean uniform at all times.

Be workstation-ready 15 minutes prior to service.

Follow opening & closing checklists diligently.

Always adhere to protected food handling practices.

Experience: 0 – 3 years (Freshers welcome)

Education: Secondary School / Higher Secondary / Vocational Course

Gender: Male
