OBEN Electric is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our corporate office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our electric vehicles and services. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote OBEN Electric products and services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed information regarding electric vehicles, pricing, and features.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels (website, events, referrals, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Address customer queries, resolve concerns,
and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
- Support the sales team by scheduling meetings and setting up appointments.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for call volumes and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a telecalling or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Ability to handle customer objections and queries professionally.
- Basic knowledge of electric vehicles and the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Robust organizational skills and the ability to multitask
