Role Overview

The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned zone. The role involves managing a team of sales representatives, setting and achieving sales targets, and developing strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial services or banking, with expertise in sales management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets within the designated zone.
- Manage, mentor, and lead a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and efficiency.




- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, financial institutions, and channel partners.
- Monitor sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
- Drive customer acquisition efforts by improving sales processes and engagement strategies.
- Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand positioning and lead generation efforts.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and strategic planning.
