SAP Global Solution Delivery – Senior Consultant – SuccessFactors EC & EC Payroll

Position Overview:

As a Global Solution Delivery Senior Consultant,



you will lead end-to-end HCM transformation initiatives within a major S/4HANA global program.

This role is pivotal to ensuring seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll with S/4HANA and driving global solution delivery across multiple regions.

You will act as the bridge between HR business processes and enterprise technology, ensuring scalable, compliant, and future-ready payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Schema & PCR Expert: Configuration experience on Payroll Schemas and PCRs and Time schemas, and wage type valuations etc.
- Hands-on expertise in the functional configuration of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
