Position Overview

Kotak Life Insurance is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Manager (Assistant Manager level) to drive the growth of our Credit Life Insurance business. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong career in life insurance sales and collaborate closely with banks, NBFCs, MFIs, and other lending institutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with branch managers, loan officers, and other key stakeholders.
- Promote Kotak Life’s credit life insurance solutions across partner branches.
- Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Drive product penetration across lending partners and ensure consistent business growth.
- Product Promotion & Training




- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for partner staff.
- Organize promotional activities to increase awareness and adoption of credit life products.
- Customer Education & Support
- Educate borrowers about credit life insurance, its benefits, and claim processes.
- Support customers with documentation and onboarding during the sales process.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Adhere to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, partner interactions, and activities in CRM/reporting tools.
- Market Insights
- Monitor competitor offerings and provide inputs to strengthen market positioning.
