Role Overview

As part of P&G;’s Strategic Sales Team, you will take ownership of key customer relationships and drive business growth from day one. The role offers hands-on exposure to key account management, category management, shopper-based design,



and business analysis, while working closely with internal teams across Brand, Finance, and Supply Chain.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, negotiating, problem-solving, and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Account Management

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers

Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams

Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels

Business & Category Ownership

Build deep understanding of shoppers, categories, and market dynamics

Own one or more product categories (e.g., Laundry, Oral Care, Hair Care)

Drive category growth through strategic recommendations on assortment, pricing, and promotions

Sales Planning & Execution

Adapt national commercial strategies to customer-specific needs

Negotiate contracts, promotional plans, and product
