Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Billing Engineer to manage the billing and financial administration of industrial civil projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cost estimation, billing verification, and contractor management, ensuring strict adherence to contract conditions and project budgets.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and fully understand the scope of work and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per the client's contract and its conditions.
- Certify measurements for running bills and final bills submitted by contractors based on IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings, tender documents, and IS (Indian Standards) codes.
- Verify and certify the quantity and amount of work claimed in contractor bills and recommend payments.
- Confirm that all quality-related supporting documents, such as QC check sheets, ITP, and Joint Measurement Records (JMR), are submitted by the contractor with their invoices.
- Verify and certify the Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) prior to the cutting and bending of rebar.




- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all certified measurements.
- Ensure joint records are maintained for any deviations from IFC drawings before certifying invoices.
- Alert project management to any potential growth in quantities over the original BOQ.
- Initiate the change note process for any non-tendered items that require execution.
- Review and recommend rate analyses submitted by contractors for non-tendered items.
- Coordinate with the contractor to prepare accurate cash flow projections.

Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8 to 15 years of experience in civil billing and site execution for large-scale industrial projects is required.
- Previous experience in a consultancy workplace is preferred.
- Proven expertise in billing, site execution, and working on industrial projects.
