Assistant Manager – Conference Marketing & Delegate Acquisition

Role Overview
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented professional to drive delegate acquisition and marketing activities for conferences across sectors such as Clean Energy, Mass Transit, Infrastructure, Sustainability, and related industries.

The role will involve a combination of B2B marketing, delegate acquisition, content creation, digital marketing, event registrations, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive delegate acquisition for conferences through targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market and prospect research to identify relevant companies, decision-makers, industry professionals, and potential delegates.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans covering digital marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and other promotional channels.
- Create engaging marketing content and collateral, including website content, promotional material, newsletters, press releases, emailers, and invitations.




- Manage email marketing campaigns and other delegate outreach initiatives to maximize registrations.
- Utilize data and analytics to track campaign performance, monitor key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Creative, and other internal teams to ensure smooth and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with external vendors, industry associations, media partners, and other stakeholders to support conference promotion.
- Manage event registrations and respond to delegate queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain databases, campaign trackers, and regular reports related to delegate acquisition and marketing performance.
- Support the overall promotion and successful execution of conferences.
