YOUR NEW ROLE
- To provide deep technical experience and knowledge for the Staff Identity Engineering team and the myID asset in the following areas:
- Full stack developer to design and build microservices and mini apps
- Servicing of colleagues requests for access and identity
- Design of enhancements for the myID system, both functional and operational
- Development, testing and deployment enhancements for the myID system
- Provide operational support for the myID system
- Continuously improve the functionality, operation, performance and capacity of the my ID system using all possible methods including automation, process re-engineering and robotics
- Ensure requests for access and other identity-related requests are processed efficiently and within the required SLAs
- Support and operate the myID system, including provision of on call support
- Continuously improve the myID platform and it’s operational environment
- Design, build and deploy myID solutions to meet the requirements provided by project tea
