Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Provide product/service information and assist customers in decision-making
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality




- Identify trends in customer concerns and share feedback for improvement

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Solid problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
