Manager - Business Development (Railways & Metros)Location: DelhiJob Role
- Drive business development and sales activities across Indian Railways, Metro Rail Corporations, Railway PSUs, and Railway EPC contractors to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue current business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and expand the companys presence in railway and metro infrastructure projects across India.
- Handle tendering activities, bid submissions, vendor registrations, technical-commercial discussions, and coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, project authorities, contractors, and procurement teams to generate and convert business opportunities.
- Monitor upcoming railway, metro,



and infrastructure projects, conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and formulate strategies to maximize business growth.

Desired Profile:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Railway Sales / Business Development.
- Strong exposure to Indian Railways, Metro Rail Projects, and Railway EPCs.
- Background from Mechanical Seals, Industrial Tools, Electrical Products, Engineering Components, or Industrial Solutions.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
