- Customer Consultation: Understand the clients financial requirements, explain LAP products, loan eligibility, and interest rates.
- Loan Processing & Documentation: Assist clients with application forms, verify property documents, and conduct preliminary financial screening.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the credit, underwriting, and legal teams to ensure smooth property valuation, risk assessment, and timely loan disbursement.
- Portfolio Management: Maintain high collection efficiency, monitor portfolio quality, and cross-sell other financial products like credit cards, insurance, or working capital loans.
