Job Title:

RM Team Handling – Unsecured Business Loans (Open Market)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers handling unsecured business loan products.

- Drive open market sourcing and lead generation for SME/MSME customers.

- Set individual and team targets; monitor performance and ensure goal achievement.

- Identify recent markets, opportunities, and channel partners for loan sourcing.

- Train and mentor RMs on products, processes, and compliance.

- Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policy guidelines.





- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitors.

- Maintain customer relationships and resolve escalated issues promptly.

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.

- 5–8 years of experience in unsecured business loans, with at least 2 years in a team management role.

- Strong understanding of SME lending, underwriting, and market trends.

- Proven leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
