Key duties involve lead generation, understanding client needs, demonstrating value, closing contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and reporting performance, often using CRM software to track activities and achieve goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition & Management: Generate leads, cold call, network, and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
- Sales & Negotiation: Present products/services, demonstrate features, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet targets.

- Customer Service: Act as the primary contact, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

- Strategy & Reporting: Develop sales strategies, track performance via CRM,



and provide reports on sales activities and market trends.

- Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and support teams for a seamless customer journey.
