Job Title: Qualified Chartered Accountant

Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 5+ Years (Mandatory experience in a listed entity)

Role Overview

The organization is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in financial consolidation, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliances for a listed entity. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory adherence, and supporting management with timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle group consolidation of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS

- Prepare and review quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial reports for listed entities

- Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR), Companies Act, ROC, and other regulatory requirements

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and consultants

- Manage audit closures, review audit observations, and implement corrective actions





- Oversee financial disclosures, notes to accounts, and board-level reporting

- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other statutory filings

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks

- Liaise with cross-functional teams and senior management for financial matters

Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience

- Mandatory experience working with a listed company

- Solid working knowledge of Ind AS, consolidation, and SEBI regulations

- Experience in handling audits and regulatory authorities

- Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
