Job Objective

A Greenfield Project from concept to commissioning. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires deep expertise in industrial project management, cross-functional coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

 Lead the end-to-end execution of the greenfield project, including site development, civil works, utilities, and plant commissioning.
 Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
 Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
 Ensure compliance with statutory approvals (environmental, safety, factory licenses, etc.).
 Monitor project risks, resolve bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.




 Report project progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Job Specification

Desired Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical); PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Desired Experience

12–18 years of experience in industrial project execution, with at least 2 greenfield projects successfully delivered.

Knowledge & Skills

 Solid knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera,etc.).
 Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
